For those dedicated enough to get up in the middle of the night to watch Apple’s September iPhone event here’s how.
The Apple “Gather Round” event begins September 13th at 3am (AEST) and as usual Apple will be streaming it live for those dedicated enough. The event isn’t open to the public but you can still watch it on your Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV (or a PC if you have to).
iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Macs & PC
You can watch the event live on Apple’s website:
- On iPhone, iPad or iPod touch Apple advises you use Safari and iOS 10 or later.
- On Mac Apple also recommends Safari and macOS Sierra 10.12 or later.
- For the PC Apple recommends Windows 10 and the Microsoft Edge browser.
On Apple TV you can stream the event using the Apple Events app from the App Store.
For the first time Apple is providing a live stream on Twitter. The Apple Twitter feed is available at https://twitter.com/Apple.
If you like the following tweet Apple will send you a reminder before the event starts:
